How to cook our products

Ravioli, Gnocchi & Culunzones

Bring a large, deep pot of salted water to the boil. Drop in the ravioli/gnocchi or culunzones. When they are all floating to the surface, cook for 2-3 minutes. Once drained, stir the pasta into the sauce (previously heated up in a saucepan for few minutes).

Pizza Margherita Kit (out of stock)

Roll out the dough into a disc with a rolling pin (you may have to stretch it with your hands a little). Place the flattened dough on an oven tray (previously greased with some oil) and add the tomato sauce provided. Preheat the oven to its highest setting; when ready, put the pizza base inside. When the pizza starts browning, add the mozzarella, and put back to cook until mozzarella has melted.

Fresh Egg Pasta

Cook fresh egg pasta in a large (to prevent sticking) pot of salted boiling water. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the pasta starts floating to the top. Once drained, stir the pasta into the sauce (previously heated up in a saucepan for few minutes).

Parmigiana & Lasagna

Preheat the oven at 180° (fan) or 200° (gas). Bake the lasagna or parmigiana for approximately 20 minutes until golden-brown and bubbling. Keep it for longer if you would like more of a crusty top and edges.

Fresh Sausage 

Place the sausage in a pan with some oil and cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes turning often until both sides are caramelised. Reduce the heat to low, put a lid on the pan and gently cook for 8-10 minutes, until thoroughly cooked, turning frequently.
